Good denim gets better with age — if you treat it right. Here's how to keep your Jeanity pieces looking their best:

Wash less, wear more. Denim doesn't need frequent washing. Unless there's a visible mark or odour, spot clean where possible and save the machine wash for when it's really needed.

Turn them inside out. Before every wash, flip your jeans inside out. It protects the outer colour and keeps that fresh denim look for longer.

Cold water only. Always wash on a cold cycle — it minimises fading and prevents shrinking. Hot water is denim's worst enemy.

Go easy on the detergent. Use a mild, colour-safe detergent. Harsh formulas strip the fabric and break down fibres faster than they should.

Air dry when you can. Hang them out to dry naturally for the best results. If you need to use a dryer, go on the lowest heat setting and pull them out while they're still slightly damp to finish air drying.

Treat your denim well and it'll return the favour.

Standard shipping: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch. On rare occasions, international customs processing may add a few extra days — your tracking link will always show the latest status.

Express: 5–7 business days after dispatch. If a courier or customs delay affects your express delivery, we'll refund your express shipping cost.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Missed delivery? If your parcel is held at a local post office, check your tracking link for the collection address and window. Parcels are typically held for 7 days — collect as soon as you can to avoid it being returned.
