By accessing and using the Jeanity website ("Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 Eligibility

All prices are displayed in your local currency but are based prices set in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to:

  • Confirm your order at the correct price
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund

3.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable items.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices and terms stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Violation of these Terms

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We use secure payment processors to handle transactions, but we are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

4.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your order. We will send another email when your order has been shipped.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jeanity or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content
  • Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, but by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes.

6. Warranties, Returns and Refunds

6.1 Warranties and Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items only. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide your order number and photographic evidence of any faults or damages
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

We do NOT offer refunds or returns on worn items under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and clear photos showing any faults or damages. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeanity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Site or products.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jeanity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
