Your satisfaction with every Jeanity order matters to us.
Defective or Damaged Products
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any item is defective or damaged.
Your claim requires:
- High-quality photographs clearly displaying the defect or damage
- A photograph of the SKU label from the original packaging
After approval, we'll send you an identical replacement (same size and colour) if stock permits.
Requests made beyond 3 days or missing required photographs may be considered but are not guaranteed for replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Dispatched orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
Items must remain in their original state: tags attached, packaging intact, and completely unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Customer-initiated refunds are not permitted. All return requests require email submission and prior approval before shipping anything back.
How to Return Your Order
After we approve your return, we'll provide specific instructions based on where your order was originally shipped from.
Australian Deliveries
Returns for Australian orders use the Australia Post Return Service coordinated by Jeanity.
You'll receive a PDF return label by email. Print it and affix it clearly to your package.
Drop off your return at any Australia Post location.
Keep your lodgment receipt until we confirm receipt and complete processing.
One label covers one package only. Using a label multiple times may incur Australia Post fees or penalties.
Unauthorized carriers or missing labels may lead to rejection.
International Deliveries
For non-Australian orders, you'll receive return instructions and the correct return address by email once approved.
Follow all instructions precisely. Unapproved returns or incorrect methods may cause delays, extra fees, or rejection.
Processing Refunds & Fees
Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and verify your return meets all conditions.
Return postage costs may be deducted from your refund based on fulfilment location and method.
Standard shipping charges are not refundable except when the item is faulty, incorrect, or misrepresented. In those cases, we cover return costs.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns without valid lodgment proof.

Jeanity may decline returns that fail to meet these requirements.
When Returns May Be Declined
To help set clear expectations, the following are common reasons a return request may not be approved:
- Colour variation — product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor settings, and lighting conditions. Minor colour differences from product photos are not considered a fault or misrepresentation.
- Sizing — it is the customer's responsibility to review our size guide before purchasing. Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or refund.
- Change of mind — we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.
- Item condition — items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have tags removed are not eligible for return.
- Late requests — return requests submitted outside the 14-day delivery window will not be accepted.
- Insufficient evidence — claims without the required photographs or SKU label photo cannot be assessed or approved.
- New garment odour — a mild chemical or fabric smell is normal for new manufactured clothing and is not considered a defect. We recommend laundering and airing garments before wearing.
- Item matches listing — if the item received is consistent with the product description, photos, and specifications listed on our website, it will not qualify as misrepresented.
- Unapproved returns — items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
