Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime via our order tracking page. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, please allow a little extra time as international shipments can occasionally experience customs or carrier delays outside our control.

Important Once an order is placed it enters processing immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you've made an error, contact us as quickly as possible via our contact page and we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

International shipping can occasionally be delayed by customs processing, carrier backlogs, or weather events. If your order is within the estimated delivery window, please allow a little more time. If your order has passed the maximum estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your location are calculated at checkout. All displayed prices include relevant taxes including GST for Australian customers.

Tip Every product page has a detailed size guide showing waist, hip, inseam, and pants length measurements in CM, plus AU, US, and EU size equivalents. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide before ordering rather than going by your usual label size, as sizing can vary between styles.

Take your measurements with a soft tape measure: wrap it around the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips, then compare to the guide on the product page.

Tip For our stretch denim styles, the manufacturer sometimes recommends sizing down if you are between sizes as the fabric has a generous amount of give and will stretch to your shape. For non-stretch styles, stick to your measured size. Check the individual product page for specific sizing notes — we include manufacturer recommendations where relevant.

Pants length and inseam measurements are clearly listed in the size guide on every product page. If you're between lengths or have a shorter or longer inseam than standard, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before purchasing. Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns for length preference as this information is provided in detail prior to purchase.

Product colours are photographed as accurately as possible, however screens, monitors, and lighting conditions can affect how colours appear. Minor variations between the product photos and the item you receive are a normal characteristic of digital photography and are not considered a fault or misrepresentation. If your item is significantly different in colour from what was listed, please contact us with photos and we'll assess your situation.

Yes, completely normal. A mild chemical or fabric smell is common with new manufactured clothing and is not a defect. We recommend washing and airing your jeans before wearing them for the first time. This will also help the fabric settle to your shape.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Returns require prior written approval — please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

The following are not eligible for return: change of mind, sizing issues where our size guide was available, colour variation, late requests outside 14 days, or items that have been worn or washed.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

1. Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
2. A photograph of the SKU label on the original packaging

Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability). Contact us via our contact page and we'll take care of you.

As detailed size guides with AU, US, and EU equivalents plus full measurements are provided on every product page, sizing returns are not accepted. We encourage all customers to review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help you choose the right size.

Once we receive and verify your return meets our conditions, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but are typically 3–7 business days after we confirm receipt. Note that return postage costs may be deducted from your refund depending on fulfilment location, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or misrepresented.

Tip To keep your denim looking its best:

— Turn jeans inside out before washing
— Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
— Avoid tumble drying where possible — hang to dry in the shade
— Do not bleach
— Iron on a low heat inside out if needed

Following these steps will help preserve the colour, shape, and stretch of your denim for longer.

Our stretch denim styles will naturally mould to your body shape with wear, which is why the manufacturer recommends sizing down if between sizes. Cold washing and air drying helps maintain the original shape and prevents shrinkage. Avoid hot washing or tumble drying as this can cause shrinkage and affect the stretch quality of the fabric.
